Can any one clarify the following:

Can a H4 visa holder work outside US in another country and get paid in US from US company ?

I am on H4 visa planning to work for US company outside US. Can i get legally paid in US ?

I know that H4 visa holders can work outside US but my question is can H4 visa holder get paid in US by US company ?

Please advise.

Yes. As long as you don't live in U.S in a dependent status, you can work and get paid in USD in your U.S bank account. Consult a tax professional on paying taxes on the income.

Yes i am want to work outside US staying there but is it fine if i come visit my spouse every 3 months on valid H4 visa ?

Yes. But do not work during that time and make sure no pay slips are generated for the period when you are inside U.S.
