H1 Cancellation

Hi,

I am working for desi employer, and I am going to full time offer but current client requested me to work upto 5weeks instead of 2weeks, agreed and working so in this time my current desi employer can cancel my h1b visa?

For cancelling my h1b visa, what is the procedure will follow by my current desi employer?

How much time will take for h1b visa cancellation?

Note:- Still these 5weeks my client is paying my billing to my employer..

Have you already filed the H1B transfer? If the H1B transfer is already initiated, then you need not have to worry. If the employer has revoked the petition, then they need to terminate. Otherwise they are also in trouble for illegally employing you without a valid petition.
