Hi All,
I'm currently on H1b visa. I'm thinking of changing my current employer. Also my wife is US citizen. Can I file my petition for Green Card on Marriage basis and also can my new employer file for my H1B visa at the same time (or like in a time period of one week difference).
Will by both cases or either case be get complicated as USCIS will see why same person is filing for two different status.
