H-4 Interview In English

Hello,

I took my wife's Interview for H-4 Visa in Mumbai in February In English but she does not feel confident in English.
Can we request for Gujarati or Hindi Translator in Consulate?
Any idea or experience?

If the person is not comfortable in English, he/she needs to schedule the interview in the local language.

If you scheduled in English, the interpretor is not available.

I am trying to schedule interview in hindi or gujarati from last three months, buts dates are not available at all time.
