Unable to see case status of I797

I am presently working in one company on H-1B and had applied to another company. Other company has filed for my visa transfer. I received I797 notice of action from second company 7 days back but on USCIS website I am unable to find the case status after entering the receipt number.
Can anyone have idea what could be the reason I am not able to see the case status despite having the receipt number? I called USCIS telephone help service but they are unable to reveal the reason to beneficiary (me) due to their policy.

Maybe your case information is not updated there yet. This is not new and there are cases similar to yours.
