HI, I went for the H1b and H4 Interview with my wife( E-C Model) on Nov 17th @Hyderabad , got 221G Admin Processing , and got an email saying the case has been sent to USCIS for possible revocation and reason for it was explained as Employe and Employer relationship and this is my first H1 after Masters in USA , H1 Validity March15th2011-March14th2012..
So my Client manager applied a new H1 in January 2012 for me which got approved with Starting Validity Date: 02/07/12, and my attorney said the start date to work would be after I get stamped in India and come to USA ( if I go march 10th to usa then March 13 will be my start date )so planning to go for VISA again @Hyderabad may be this month end or March 1st week
My Questions here are :
1.I am working from INDIA to the same client C through Employer E since November 2011 , supporting the same client from India , so My question is can I still work as a consultant from India ( Support the client through my old employer?) until I go USA or VISA ? as i cannot start working with new clinet untill I get stamped and go to USA as per my attorney or should I stop supporting (work ) from INDIA ? untill I go USA ?
2.Can I Still go to Hyd Counslate because I see lot of people getting 221gs and getting rejected and also I see some good sign is getting approval for Fulltime employes ?
Please help me on those 2 questions and also any helpful tips , I am in confusion what to do as my manager needs me to support very much ....
