Minimum time between H1 petition approval and Visa stamping

Hello friends,

Can I go for visa interview 3-4 weeks after H1 petition approval? Is it too early?

I'm in U.S, got my h1 extension petition approval today. Can i go for visa interview on Mar 1st week?

Is there any recommended interval to wait between petition approval time and visa interview to avoid issues? (like PIMS verification delay etc..)

I'd appreciate your valuable suggestions.

There is no such time interval. You can get the visa stamped anytime as long as you have a valid approved H1B petition. Visa is only an entry document to U.S. You don't need a valid visa to stay and work in U.S. Valid H1B petition and a valid I-94 associated to the H1B petition are enough to stay and work. You need a valid H1B visa only when you leave U.S and want to re-enter in H1B status.
