L2 EAD to H1B conversion - where is the passport stamped?

Hi

I am on L2 EAD and my H1B petition is getting approved. Where will my passport be stamped for my H1B? Do I need to go out of US to get it stamped?

Yes. You need to get it stamped in a U.S consulate. If this is your first H1B stamping, then you need to get it stamped in your home country.
