I94 Date vs H1 pettion Status Date..

I entered US in jan 2012 with a h1 petition for employer X. The I 94 date given at port of entry was up to sep 2013.
I changed to employer Y in US and got a new H1 petition approved up to June 2012.
I am going to apply for extension with employer Y since its going to expire. I need to enter the I94 expiry date in H1 extension application. I Want to know what is my I94 expiry date. is it sep 2013 or june 2012 ?
