H1b to F1 to H1b
Hello,
I was in USA working for an engineering firm with an valid H1b visa. I was in India for less than a year to work and returned to USA on F1 visa. This is my second Master's degree, hence I will not be getting any OPT. I am not concerned about that. My concern is that I may land a job soon and wanted to know what are all the documents required while transferring visa status from F1 to H1b. I will be using using my old H1b visa to change the employer.
