I have been volunteering with a non-profit for some time now. They might be ready to hire me in a full-time position. However, I need work visa sponsorship(H1-B I believe??). I know that some non-profits come under a non-cap quota. Is there any thing else to this rule? If I provide all the information, the organization will be ready to see my case. Anything that I can do here?
