H4 Visa stamping

Hi,
I m in h1 visa and my employer moved me to a new location. I already have the LCA with me. My wife has travelled to india for stamping. My question is, Does my wife need to carry H1 Amendment letter for stamping interview?

If the H1B is already amended, then she will need to carry your latest approval notice. If you only have the receipt notice, then she will have to carry a copy of the receipt notice and a copy of your form I-129 that was used for filing the amendment.
