    job change on 7th year extension

    Has anyone on this forum successfully changed jobs from company A to company B while on a 7th year H1B extension with Company A? My limited understanding is that since the GC process (LC) is filed by company A it would not be possible to apply for a H1B transfer to company B. Please let me know if I am mistaken and the process if the transfer is possible.
