I am working as H1B in a university. Few months back I went to India and got visa stamping. Now I got an offer from another university and planning to move. After move , if I am going to India, do I need a visa stamping to return to US?

No. You can use the existing valid H1B visa with the new approval notice to re-enter U.S.
