Extension Approval query

Hi Experts,

My organization has applied my H1 extension along with dependent extension .

What I was aware that both H1 ext and h4 ext approval or denial comes at same time , but in my case I have got my h1ext approved on 16 feb 12 but H4ext is still showing initial review on USCIS.

Is this the normal situation or this implies to some situation ? Is there something that I have to worry for ?

There is nothing to worry. H1B and H4 doesn't always get approved at the same time. They are different applications and will be processed independently.
