I-94

Hello,

I was on L2 visa till Aug 2011. In Sep 2011 I got my H1 visa. So, now I have two I-94 with me (one from L2 visa and other i got along with H1 documents).
My question is, when i depart from US, do I need to give both I-94 to the airlines.

Yes. You should have have any I-94s with you after you leave the country. If you don't return the I-94s, then proper exit entries will not be registered against those i-94s which you did not return and when they expire, it will show as if you have overstayed.
