    My Visa Stamping done

    Hi Friends,
My H1-B Visa stamping got approved in Vancouver, Canada today. Yeah, the interview was about 20min. And the VO asked each and every question related to my employer, vendor, client, project & school too. Thing are pretty much cool here.
Be confident on what you say.

Just want to share for people who are going in future for stamping.

    Regards,
    Ram

I was under the impression that if you are an Indian citizen, and if you get an H1B in US, you cannot go to any other country other than India and get your H1b stamped ?

That applies only to the first time H1B stamping.

Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

Regarding Stamping to F1 from Canada

I hold a valid H4 visa and want to get my F1 stamped in Vancouver, Canada because travelling to India is time consuming! Is there any risk given the fact that i have been in the US from only 5 months all my previous education and work experience was from India.
But, all my documents are in order and I have already received an i20 from a decent college.
Please share your experiences and risks involved. Is it likely that they cancel it for "Immigrant intent"?
