My manager is in Different location

I need to know if my manager's location is different then will make any impact in the interview.
My manager works from client location from differnt city and my H1b petition processed for another location where i will be working from my employer location.

So will it make any significant difference in The interview process?

It will not make any difference as long as the manager to whom yo are reporting is from your company and you have proof that he is monitoring your day to day work activities and analyzing your performance (Like status update, meetings, task allocation, reviews & appraisals etc).
