My company has applied for L1 to H1b change of status under 2011 quota in Nov 2011. it is still under review. Can I stay here even after my L1 is expired, since my L1 to H1b COS is under process?

When is your I-94 expiring? You can stay as long as you have a valid I-94.

You cannot. If your I-94 is expiring soon, then update the case to premium and get the result within 15 days (additional $1250) or leave the country and return back in H1B visa when H1B petition gets approved.
