Name of Spouse on I-797

I will apply for H1B and my wife for H4 at the same time. Today I received the approved petition. But my wife's name is not mentioned anywhere in the petition, though when I filed the petition I mentioned her name in a letter. My question is... Do they add the name of dependents also in the petition or not ??? What sort of documents to be taken for H-4 when I have not started the employment as yet?
