H4 extension approved but I797 A missing for suppliment

Hi,

I have applied for H4 extension, I am the primary applicant and my Son is added in suppliment.
I have got I797C only with my name and now approval I797A also only in my name.

What i need to do now? My Son visa is already expired?
If I call CIS will i get quickly or do i need to submit the I539 again?

Could you please explain, what you did for you case?

I am in the same situation, My wife applied for H4 Extension, she is the applicant and my daughter added in supplement.

We received I797A for my daughter, we did not receive my wife's I797A.

Could you please share your experience, so I can do the next steps.
