H1 denied and appearing interview with new H1

I am in US and My H1 extension was denied recently. My employer applied for new H1B. I am planning to appear for VISA interview with new H1 in India.

Do the VISA Officer ask details about previous denial? My employer has not provided me details of denial.
Any one got their VISA approved after denial? Where there any questions related to previous denial?

>>> H1B petitions are employer's petition and they will not ask you about the petition denails. If your visa was denied previously, then they might ask about it.
