Hyderabad or Chennai Consulate for Visa Stamping?

Hi ,

I am working as a software engineer in MNC company in Bangalore, india.
Now thru some references, one of the company filed H1 and got it approved and in approval they mentioned "Consulate notified (if applicable): HYDERABAD".

Now my questions are
1. Can I attend in Chennai instead off Hyderabad?
2. What could be the best answer if VO asks why not Hyderabad?
3. do we have any possibiliteis that the VO may say go and attend in Hyderabad only? if yes what is the processs?
4. As per the VFS site Karnataka(am working in Bangalore from last 2 years) will comes under Chennai. What are the documents am suppose to carry out to prove that am working in Bangalore?

>>> You would be the only person who would know the answer to this question. If the interview slots are not available @ Hyderabad, then you can say that.

>>> You are allowed to attend the visa interview at any U.S consulate in India.
