Hi,

My previous employer has sent me W-2 but didn't send me paystubs and deposited my pay into bank for my service. Once i file my tax with my W-2, if he cancels that checks, do i get any audit in 2012 when do tax filing? How do i complain against my employer to IRS this regarding NOT paid amount?

Well, file a compliant with DOL and you can also take legal action against them by consulting a good labor / immigration lawyer.
