hi,
i am opt extension student,in my extension i have worked for 5 months through consultant,but after that i got full time job in some company.however i have shown **** exp. in my resume .they hired me and they wants to do my h1.
Now,my question is i dont have any w2 to file my he,i can have 1 month w2 from this company,how many months w2 required to file h1?
my second question is in my resume while applying to h1, i should put consultant name that i have submitted to my school,in a way to uscis.whatever employee i have change and put it into my school that should be there in my resume.
