H4 application and H4 re-stamping

Hi

My husband has H1 valid till 2014 and our kids have H4 till 2014. My H1 will be expired on August 31/2012. On August 01/2012 we are planning to go to India for vacation. I want to come back in H4. I have a few questions. Could anyone please help with that?

Is there any difference in the procees/fees/documents needed for H4 application and H4 restamping? My kids have valid H4 till 2014, where as I will be applying for a fresh H4.

The DD for application fee and service fee should be taken seperately (Rs.8100 + Rs 380) or can be combined?
