Urgent Help - Unique Case

I got my H1B in Dec,2011 at Chennai Consulate. Suddenly, after 45 days whan i was about to leave to US, got a call from Chennai Consulate that my H1B is not valid and they have cancelled my visa. They have asked me to resubmit all the H1 file documents and Passports.

Really very much confused..Please help if anyone has this similar issue or has some update on this??

The consulates have started doing this recently. This is mainly because of lack of employee-employer relationship that is discovered later. Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do. You can apply again using the same petition, but make sure you contact your employer and check if they have revoked it or received NOIR from USCIS about it.
