Hello,
I went for my h1b renewal . 1st interview I got 221g blue and submitted my dcouments. In the 2nd interview they asked me about 20 questions and then made me sign on the documents with my answers written on it. They kept that letter and then told me that they review it and will notify me or my employer about their decision.
Anyone has the same situation or can someone tell me the outcome of it.

I have been to visa interview at hyd on Jan 27th 2012 and was asked to sign a form with 20 questions on Employee-Employer relationship. VO took all my documents and returned the passport, after 3 days I got a refusal email from VFS and petition was sent back to USCIS.

If VO returned your passport and took your I-797 original then there is a high chance for getting a refusal mail.

Sorry to hear about your case.
In my case they have given back my original 797 so its still with me.
Its been 2 weeks already.
