Grace period

Hi there,
I am on H1B visa and my visa stamp is till June 2013, but my job will be done by June 2012. I know that I cant stay in USA once my job is done, but is there any grace period where I can stay here till I find a new job? Please let me know, thanks, Raghavesh

There is no such grace period. Any time spend in U.S without a job in hand on H1B or L1 status is considered to be out of status.
