L1 to H1B Stamping in Bahamas

Hi

I moved from L1 visa to H1B visa.
L1 expired in last december. I dont have stamp on my passport for H1B yet. I just have I797 for H1B.

Now i want to get H1B stamping on my passport. I know i can go back to India and get this done.
But i am hearing lot of rejection cases from India. So, i would like to Consider stamping in Visa.

Did any one had this kind of experience? Any suggestions on going to Bahamas instead to India.
