I and My family have valid H1 and H4 visa till Sep 2013 for my Emp A, But,I have changed two employers since I entered in to country (Since Jan 2011), Currently I have H1 for Emp C and my family has H4 from Emp C.
My family is planning for a vacation in June 2012, Can they enter in to US with their old H4 Visa (expires on Sep 2013) with new approved petitions?
Can you please help me to understand?
