How to change contact details after 221g

Hi

I have my H1B application under 221g administrative processing, over 4 months now.
I had provided my mom's number in my visa application, since i didnt have a local number when i came back to India.
Last week i got a call from embassy on that number, and i wasnt able to take up the call.
When i called back on that number, they said its a US embassy call center and we dont know who might have called you and that they had no further info.

Can anybody tell me how can i update my contact number for my application?

You cannot modify anything on a visa application that is already submitted. Talk to VFS helpdesk.
