Travel to India in H1B Visa

Hi Immihelp Team,

I have processed my H1 B Visa in Dec 2011 and started working as a contractor since Jan 2012 for a highly reputed IT firm.
My job being a contract and not full a time position direct with a client,will it be an issue for stamping.I am planning to go to india in June 2012.What are the precautions i need to take.

It can be an issue if you cannot prove employer/employee relationship. Eventhough you work at the client site, if yur work is still managed by someone from your company and if you have documents to prove that, then it will be helpful. Search and read the posts on 221g / admin processing on employer employee relationship.
