My h1-b visa expires in may-2012

my visa extention already applied and under process.

Now my wife visa also expires in may -2012

question is

my wife at this time in india and planning to return on 25 th april - 2012

will there be any problem for her at the time of entry in u.s. ?

On her entry , i will apply for her extention also.

When exactly is your current H1B I-94 expiring? If your wife returnsback using your current h1B petition that expires in May, then she will get an I-94only till that petition expiry date and you needto make sure you haveenough time to file her H4 extension before her I-94 expires. On the other hand, if she returns back after you have your petition extended, then at the POE she will get an I-94 matching your extended petition and there is no need to file the etension.
