  • H4 Visa Stamping I-129

    Hello All,

My spouse is going for H4 visa stamping to home country consulate. I saw on vfs website she will have to carry my (principal applicant's) original i-129 form. My employer has only copy as the orifinal was submitted to USCIS while applying for my h1-extension.

    1) Copy is sufficient or do we need to certify i-129.
    2) If my empoyer self attest (self sign) on copy of all the pages of i-129, would that be sufficient?

On side note, She is going to carry my original i-797.

    Thanks,
    P

The employer will have only the copy of form I-129 and the original will be with USCIS. She will need your original I-797 and a copy of I-129.
