2 months vacation b4 F1 to H1.

Hi ,

I have been working from last 20 months as a contractor. i was on vacation from 3rd week of Nov to 3rd week of January. My question is when i apply for my h1( april) i will have only feb pay stub, half NOV and half january pay stubs. Will to be a problem for my F1 to H1 process?

Please advise me
