FYI my 12 month OPT is valid till July 31st 2012 and my current non e-verified employer is planning to file my H1 in the first week of April 2012.
1. There are also chances that company may lay off few employees in 2012. What will be the scenarios if I am no more with the company (because of lay off, termination or resignation) after filing my H1 and before the H1 approval, after filing my H1 and after the H1approval and before July 31st, after filing my H1 and after the H1approval and after July 31st?
2. When can I join other company with the help of H1 B petition that will be filed by my current employer?
