Can A LLC Company Sponsor H1B

Hello: I work in Limited Liability Company as a contractor.
I am on H1B visa thru different employer.
Can this LLC sponsor by H1B? Does it need to a incorporated Company.

The requirement for sponsoring H1B by a company states that the employer should be a "U.S Employer". It doesn't say anything about being an LLC or INC. So any U.S employer should be able to sponsor H1B.
