I have a typical situation. Can some one advice what to do..?
I am working for X company. It has two branches. One is located at Chicago and another at Boston.
Each branch has it's own Federal Tax ID. As they are not doing good business at Boston, they are planning
to move every thing from Boston to Chicago. In this case do I need to transfer my H1 from Boston to Chicago?
If I start transfer, Would INS will question me why I am doing transfer on same company name?
