i appeared for h1b visa on Mar 6th 2012 , VO issued me a 221g blue slip.Till now i ddint get any message from USCIS or my employer .Iam on EVVC model.

Recently i got married , my husband is working in US now.

I am not able to decide wht to do next.--- ur suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You have three options.

1) Apply for the H4 visa and if if gets approved travel to U.S in H4. When you are in U.S, you can file a COS from H4 to H1B and when the COS gets approved, you can start working.

2) Wait for the admin process to be completed. If the H1B visa gets approved, then travel in H1B.

3) Find a new employer who can file a new H1B petition on your behalf using the CAP from the previous H1B approval notice. Find an employer who doesn't have multiple employer between them. When the petition gets approved, withdraw the current visa application (if it don't get a decision by that time) and file a new one based on the new petition.
