Hi,

My situation is as below:--

Worked with company A for 6 years.

Then joined company B for 4 months.

Now with company C for 6 months.

Company A wants to hire me back.

Have 2 queries:--

1) My h1b visa while i was with company A was valid till Nov 2013. If I have to rejoin them
, do they need to file for H1b Transfer or simply siging a i-9 after joining back would be fine?

2)Can they sponsor GC for me in EB2 considering my bulk of experience was with them only?

>>> They have to file a H1B transfer. Alternatively, you can leave the country and return back on on Company A's petition and start working for them.
