My roommates and me have dispute between us regarding many issues including lease terms bills sharing etc . We might go to court if required. But i have to go India during May 2012 and have to appear for my H1B visa stamping there

Since this is not a criminal or violation issue (like crime or DUI ) , I hope it will not affect my reentry , but I would like to get experts opinion . If this is a risk , I may have to cancel my decision to go legal.
