H1 B Transfer

Hi,

I am planning to get a new H1B transfer. My wife is traveling from India next week. She has an H4 stamped which is attached to my current H1B petition. If i apply for H1B transfer before she travels, does she need to get the stamping done as per the new petition?

Also, would it be required to get a Visa stamped again for both of us (me and my wife) if we travel to india after the H1B transfer application is processed.

Not required. You can use the existing valid H1B/H4 visas with the approved H1B petition for the new employer to return back.
