hi,
i am in india,my current employer in india is having the headquarters in the us of a. my employer is sponsoring my h1. they are about to file the lca, and proceed for my h1 processing. while the lca is in progress, can i apply for a european visa, and travel to europe. the plan is to travel on a business to europe, come back to inda. If my h1 is approved, i will appeear for the visa stamping and then hopefully move to the us.
is this possible? Can i apply for the visa of any other country, while my h1 is in process in the us of a, and travel to any other country. i do not intend to travel to the us of a until h1 is stamped.
