max period of stay in home land after recieving H4 visa

hi
i got my h4 visa stamped on 16 march.... however i may not be able to go to US for another 2-3 months. Will i have any problem at the port of entry if i go almost 3-4 months after getting visa. though my husband stays there in US. we got marreid recently and i got my h4 visa stamped for the first time.
please help me out....

No issues. You can enter U.S in H4 status as long as your H4 visa remains valid and your husband's is mainatining his H1B status in U.S and his petition remains valid as of the date of your entry into U.S.
