I am waiting for H1B visa stamping since last 4 months in India after I got yellow 221g at mumbai consulate. I haven't been asked for a single additional piece of information or paper. I was wondering if it would be worth applying for a visitor visa so that I can go back to US and bring back my stuff and sell car etc.
Did anybody face similar situation before and applied for a visitor visa (tourist visa) after delay in H1 or any other type of visa? What are the chances of acceptance or rejection for such a visa application?
