H1B transfer approved , H4 Re-Stamping

Hello Friends ,

My H1B Extension is approved till 2014.My wife traveled to India in 2011 and got her h4 stamped.

Now my current company merged into new one and hence i had to file for H1B transfer ,So if my spouse goes out of the county after my H1B transfer is approved & she have a H4 approval notice in hand ,Does she need to go for re -stamping to return to US?
Appreciate your help if you could provide me with right information.

She can use the existing valid visa with your latest approval notice to re-enter. No need to get the visa stamped again.
