>>> This is exactly what the new DS160 say? Doesn't it say anything about the last visa being expired for more than 12 months? Anyways, to answer your question, the question asks if your last visa (the one that is stamped in your passport) is ever been revoked or cancelled (CWOP) by the consulate.
