Waiting for H1B stamping and a baby born :)

Hi all,

I (and my wife) appeared in Islamabad (PK) consulate on 15th August 2011 for H1B Visa interview. The overall interview went in a breeze but the Visa Officer said she'd need to put my case in additional processing. Since then (7 months now) my case has been in the Administrative Processing and I literally have got no idea when will it get approved. Last month we got blessed with a baby son. Some of the questions:

1. Do I need to submit a separate DS-160 application for baby's visa? What document evidence would I need??
2. When should I apply for my baby's visa? Should I wait for my visa to get approved or right now?
3. Do I need to update my application (DS-160)?

Please suggest what to do.
