h1b appointment related question

I came on student visa in 2006. then i got my first h1b in 2009. and i transfer my h1b to anouther company in 2010. I never went for h1b stamping. i am planning to go for first time stamping in 2012. so selecting appointments for visa interview do i have to select yes or no in the following question. see below. please guide me and reply at your earliest convience.

Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*

This question is slightly confusing.
